Fast & Easy Eats

Who said delicious had to be hard work?  Here is a breakfast I made the other day, and you could certainly have it for a yumm-o snack, too!  It is simply a cut up banana, w/ plain non-fat greek yogurt (HELLO PROTEIN), chia seeds, hemp hearts & vanilla.  Cut it up, serve it and EAT IT UP!  Fast, Easy Eats!  mmmmmmmmm!
